The Facility:
Collinswood has an indoor arena of 80’ x 192’. There is an adjacent indoor arena of 80’ x 204’ which is used as a schooling arena during shows. Collinswood also offers an official size all weather dressage arena, a 60’ round pen, two outdoor arenas of 150’ x 300’, and 30 turnout paddocks. There is a three-quarter-mile track and 68 mowed acres with natural obstacles also available to Collinswood clients.

Staff:
Sally Collins, a professional since 1972, based in Washington since 1986, produces "A" level hunters and jumpers. Sally develops winners from small pony hunters to Grand Prix jumpers. Her system is based on a classic foundation combined with a proven formula for developing horses and riders. Students learn to understand the unique mentality and ability of each horse. Most notable at Collinswood is the use of the fundamental principles of schooling horses and the high level of sportsmanship and horsemanship the discipline deserves.

The staff at Collinswood is completely focused on the health and happiness of your horse. There is no doubt that in this program the care of your horse is a primary concern. Collinswood's program is flexible enough to encompass your horse’s specific needs and your short or long term goals.
